Vladimir Viktorovich Shirokov (b. January 24, 1968, Kirovo-Chepetsk) is a Russian photographer. He is the founder of the Vladimir Shirokov Foundation for the Support of Initiatives in Culture and Art. In 2009, Vladimir Shirokov began singing. In 2011, he recorded the song "Na Bali" as a duet with singer Victoria Chernyshova; the composition was played on "FF-RADIO." In 2012, he recorded an album of dance remixes of Russian hits arranged in a mash-up style. In 2015, in collaboration with guitarist Dmitry Spivakovsky, he created the program "Songs We Love." The premiere took place in July 2015 in Kirovo-Chepetsk. Concerts were held in Ryazan, Nizhny Novgorod, and Kirov. And on May 15, 2016, the Moscow premiere of the program took place at the S.A.D. Theater. It includes retro hits like "Old Maple," "Moscow Nights," "Lonely Accordion," and others. In 2016, Shirokov performed on Andrey Danilko's "I So Need Your Love," and a music video is currently being filmed, with Vladimir both directing and performing.
